Is claiming really free?

Yes. Claiming, keeping, and updating your listing is free, forever. You never need a credit card. Featured upgrades may be offered later, but they’re optional.

Why do you verify claims?

So nobody else can take over your page. We confirm you’re connected to the business before the Verified by Owner badge goes on.

What can I change once I’m verified?

Hours, today’s location and upcoming stops, menu link, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, website, phone, description, logo, and photos. Verified listings show first in search and can be featured in our Recently Claimed section and the Scout Report.

Where did my listing come from?

We build starter pages from public business information (for example Google and Yelp). Claiming lets you correct anything and make the page yours. Want it removed instead? Email grubscoutusa@gmail.com.
